If you are willing and want to grab the prize money we offer, make sure you follow every step that we describe below. Your failure to follow all these steps can make you fail to participate in this Street Soccer Tournament. Also make sure you understand all the ways and rules of the game and also the conditions of competition.

Step 2 :	Please deposit/online transfer of RM120/team entry fees to one of the accounts of the organizers. Step 3 :	Keep proof that you have deposit/online transfer to the account to avoid any complications during the competition. If you are using Cash Deposit Machine, make sure you PHOTOCOPY the transaction slip and hand it together during the competition. If you are using the online transfer, be sure to PRINT your transaction and take it along during the competition.
Step 4 :	Come back to this website to fill out the entry form your team. Make sure you fill out all information requested in the form. Entry forms are at the bottom of this page. CAUTION! Make sure you fill out this form after making payment to our company account. Any fraudulent action will be taken.
Step 5 :	Once you have finished filling out the entry form, click on the "SUBMIT FORM". You will receive a confirmation email automatically if no problems occur. If you receive an email confirmation, this means we have successfully received your entry form.
Step 6 :	At the latest within 48 hours, please check your email again because we will send you an email containing full information on this tournament. In the same email, you will receive a TICKET to the street soccer tournament is in PDF format. TICKETS will only be accepted by the team that has paid the entry fee. Print this TICKET, write the name of the team in the space provided on the ticket and take it along with proof of payment of entry fees.
Step 7 :	Prepare yourself with great skill and show it on match day later. See you there!
